A vintage plane has been involved in an accident at Bradley International Airport in Connecticut.
Multiple injures have been reported after the vintage B-17 aircraft reportedly crashed. An ‘LifeStar’ air ambulance is heading to the scene.
Bradley International Airport sent out a tweet Wednesday morning confirming that an “active fire and rescue operation” was underway.
We can confirm that there was an accident involving a Collings Foundation World War II aircraft this morning at Bradley Airport. We have an active fire and rescue operation underway. The airport is closed. We will issue further updates as information becomes available.

Two people are being held in custody after a black vehicle breached two security checkpoints at the Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
The incident took place hours ahead of the president’s planned trip there.
The vehicle was heading to the property’s main entrance, NBC News said, citing the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office.
